All Extra-Curricular activities begin the week of August 20. This year we have planned informational meetings to allow your student to learn more about the activity before registering that will take place at the same time and location as the activity itself. You may register for all extra-curricular activities through the Payment Portal, here. Study Club can be found on the Payment Portal under Clubs.

As we grow, it is important to continue to set forth new approaches which allow for the management and safety of students while on campus. For all extra-curricular non-athletic activities, students should be picked up on the East side of the school where normal pick-up and drop-off occur at the time the extra-curricular activity ends. A teacher will stay with students there until your child is picked up; students should not to be picked up at the Front Office. Siblings are not allowed to be on campus during extra-curricular activity times unless they are also registered for a Lincoln extracurricular activity or are in the Athenaeum program. Appropriate pick-up arrangements should be made for both Prep and Archway siblings if they are not participating in other activities on campus. If you need to get a hold of your student during the time of an extra-curricular activity, please email the teacher directly. If school is not in session or it is a half day (Study Club excluded), your child’s extra-curricular activity will not take place. Please confirm with the teacher if you have any questions.

Study Club

Study Club is purchased for 20 sessions, and the school will track how many sessions have been used. Students may only attend if Study Club has been purchased ahead of time and only for the student registered. You may purchase Study Club here. There are two sessions available every Wednesday. Session I of the Study Club lasts from 1-2:10pm Session II lasts from 2:10-3:20pm. Every session attended requires a punch. The maximum number of punches needed in a day is two. If your student will be attending both sessions of Study Club each week, two sessions will be marked on your punch card. If your student is involved in other activities such as Athletics (during Session I) or only attends one session of Study Club, only one punch will be marked on your punch card for the session attended. Study Club must be purchased for each student in attendance as students may not use another person’s registration for entry. Students staying for after school activities on Wednesday will eat lunch at school from 12:30-1pm. There is no hot lunch that day, so please pack a meal along with nutritious snacks for your student to enjoy throughout the day.
