Study Club

Study Club, $60 for 20 sessions

Study Club is held on Wednesdays. Session I of the Study Club lasts from 1:00 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. Session II lasts from 2:10 p.m. to 3:20 p.m.

Study Club is purchased for 20 sessions through the Payment Portal, and the school will track how many sessions have been used. Students may only attend if Study Club has been purchased ahead of time and only for the student registered. There are two sessions available every Wednesday. Every session attended requires a punch. The maximum number of punches needed in a day is two. If your student will be attending both sessions of Study Club each week, two sessions will be marked on your punch card. If your student is involved in other activities such as Athletics (during Session I) or only attends one session of Study Club, only one punch will be marked on your punch card for the session attended.

Study Club will take place in room 310 beginning Wednesday, August 8, 2018 led by members of the Leadership Team. To contact a student during Study Club hours, please email Mrs. Joan Warner at jwarner@lincolnprep.orgPlease note the office is not open during Study Club so you will need to make arrangements directly with Mrs. Warner and your student if you are picking them up early or at a different location. Pick up for Study Club occurs at the east doors, where normal pick up and drop off occur. If you are picking up a Prep student AND an Archway sibling, the Prep student will be sent to the MPR so you can pick up all your students from the MPR. Archway siblings will not be released to the East entrance.

Study Club must be purchased for each student in attendance as students may not use another person’s registration for entry. Students staying for after school activities on Wednesday will eat lunch at school from 12:30 – 1:00. There is no hot lunch that day, so please pack a meal along with nutritious snacks for your student to enjoy throughout the day.

After-School Athenaeum

This is a tuition-based extension of the school day available for  students in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade, featuring dedicated homework time and high-quality enrichment opportunities. Our activities and lessons are aimed at improving students’ scholastic performance by reinforcing the lessons, virtues and curriculum of the classroom. But it’s not all academics! Athenaeum scholars also enjoy time for recreation, games, socializing and just plain fun. Athenaeum runs daily from the dismissal bell (even on half-days) until 6pm.
